This Privacy Policy explains how Ruwaad of Innovative Businesses ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in the Sultanate of Oman, handles information when you use our mobile applications for iOS and Android (the "Apps") and this website.
1. Information we collect
We aim to collect as little information as possible. Depending on the App, we may collect:
- Information you give us — for example your name or email address when you contact support or create an account.
- Usage and device information — such as app version, device model, operating system, crash reports and anonymous usage statistics, used to keep the App working and improve it.
- Permissions you allow — such as camera, photos, location or notifications. These are only used for the feature you enabled and can be turned off at any time in your device settings.
Each App's store listing shows the specific data it collects.
2. How we use information
- To provide, operate and maintain the Apps;
- To fix problems and improve performance;
- To respond to your messages and support requests;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party services
Our Apps may use trusted third-party services (for example analytics, crash reporting, advertising or payment services provided by Apple, Google or similar providers). These services may collect information according to their own privacy policies.
4. Data retention and security
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and we use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.
5. Children's privacy
Our Apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@ree.studio. Where an App offers an account, you can also request account deletion from inside the App or by email.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
